Hi there! My name is Amanda, and it is my mission is to create a safe and nurturing space where clients of all ages can feel not only heard but truly understood. I prioritize connection, recognizing it as an essential part of the therapeutic progress.

I am also a firm believer in collaboration. Together, we can explore strengths, navigate challenges, and co-create a journey towards positive change. My therapeutic lens is rooted in attachment-based principles, integrating techniques from Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness practices. My commitment is to empower individuals and families to foster deeper connections, resilience, and well-being.

Outside of my role as a therapist, I enjoy exploring San Diego and am always in pursuit of the best tacos and the best sunsets.
