Hello there! My name is Hazel and I am a therapist trainee who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals and communities. I am fully aware of the stigma attached to mental health and am here to support you through your journey of personal growth.
My empathy and genuine care for people have led me to the world of therapy, where I hope to support individuals within the LGBTQIA+ community, those dealing with anxiety and depression, and those from diverse backgrounds.
I practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), modalities that enable me to create a safe and supportive space for you to explore and heal. Through these approaches, I believe in the power of deep emotional connections, self-compassion and personal growth.
