Stay strong through your pain, grow flowers from it. You have helped me grow flowers out of mine so bloom beautifully, dangerously, loudly, bloom softly. However, you need, just bloom – Rupi Kaur

As humans, we possess an incredible capacity to overcome vast obstacles in life; survival takes strength. Reaching out during times of struggle requires immense bravery and inner courage. Healing is a journey, an ongoing act of self-connection that invites you to explore the uncharted depths within yourself.

I am deeply passionate about supporting clients through the challenging and transformative process of trauma work, with a particular focus on sexual trauma. My dedication to working with survivors of sexual abuse comes from a deep understanding of the profound impact such experiences can have on a person’s life. I recognize the unique and often overwhelming challenges that survivors face, including feelings of shame, guilt, fear, stigma, isolation, and deep self-criticism. I believe that survivors are the experts of their own experiences and already have a strong intuition to navigate through their healing, I am just a guide. My commitment to supporting survivors reclaim their stories and re-connect with their intuition is unwavering.

True healing involves more than just addressing symptoms, it’s about nurturing the whole person, their human experience and looking into the world they live in. My therapeutic approach is deeply rooted in trauma-informed care, utilizing compassion, intuitive work, and empathy as foundational elements of my practice. I pull from humanistic, attachment, client centered, and holistic modalities to help me connect deeply with clients and guide them in exploring their inner landscapes. Systemic and sociocultural approaches also guide me when trying to understand the outer worlds my clients live in. As a therapist, I am grateful to walk side by side with my clients through some of their hardest moments in life. To make sense of and honor the ways, they have survived in the face of unimaginable experiences. To bear witness as they take hold of their stories, shed who they are “supposed” be and step into who they have always been.

If you feel called to explore the unseen, uncharted depths within yourself—those aspects that linger in the shadows, just out of reach yet undeniably present, I would be honored to walk alongside you. Together, we will navigate the complexities of your journey, shedding layers of underlying belief systems that no longer serve you. To cultivate a life of deeper self-awareness, deeper connections with others, and greater overall alignment.

The journey of healing is rarely straightforward, but if you are willing, it would be my absolute joy to accompany you through every phase, holding space for all aspects of your being as you reconnect with the possibilities you already have within.

How did you get here?

Though it seems like a simple question, it can be answered in many ways, and I invite you to share your story. As humans, we have an incredible capacity to overcome vast obstacles in life; survival takes strength.

It takes a tremendous amount of courage and strength to reach out when you are struggling.

Navigating through the currents of healing is an act of self-compassion. A part of this healing involves exploring foreign terrain and unearthing a deep of who you are. The journey of healing is not always fluid, but it is my honor to hold space for all aspects of you as you learn to remember to hold space for all aspects of yourself.

I believe in shifting and calling forth attention inward so we may shed light on what parts lie beneath—the protector, the shameful, the magnificent, the suffered, the resilient, and the ones that live in the shadows. As a therapist and a fellow human on this earth, I have witnessed the profound healing power that unfolds when you allow yourself to be seen and heard by another person. I am committed to working with you to create an environment where your energy is sacred so you feel seen, safe, and honored. This is where the deep work begins.

My therapeutic lens is deeply rooted in trauma-informed care, intuitive energy work, and deep healing modalities that allow us to get curious about any subconscious limiting beliefs that are no longer serving you. By beginning to bring the subconscious conscious and integrating all parts of yourself, you can begin to intentionally choose to live from a place of greater alignment of mind, body, and soul.

It is my hope that we can work together so that you become curious about the different parts of yourself. I embrace the opportunity to walk alongside you in bringing to light the things that dwell in the underbelly of where you may be afraid to look—bringing these shadowed parts to light, piecing them back together, and integrating them on both an emotional and soul level. As you start to become aware of the different moving parts of yourself, you can intentionally choose to live with authenticity, deep-rooted self-acceptance, and unearthing who you have always been. To move to a space where the way you have survived is honored and you step into who you are.
