Reaching your hand out for help can be extremely difficult, and I want you to know you are welcome and accepted here at Stronger Together Community Services. My goal is to provide you with a warm, supportive space to navigate the challenges that bring you to therapy. Whether you are seeking therapy alone, with your partner, or as a family, I believe that transformation within yourself and your relationships is possible.

To thrive in life, each of us needs connection, support, belonging, balance, and a sense of meaningful purpose. If relationship difficulties, loss, substance use, stress, mental health symptoms, confusion about your life’s direction, trauma, or other obstacles are affecting you, I would be honored to accompany you in your healing journey. My approach includes flexible and effective therapeutic techniques combined with gentle education and holistic practices for the body, mind, and spirit. I am ever mindful of the stigma that can accompany mental health concerns and personal struggles, and I strive to provide therapy from a stance of non-judgmental acceptance. Through hope and empowerment, as well as interventions customized to meet your personal goals, my aim is to create a collaborative partnership that results in satisfying progress.

My credentials include a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication and Creative Writing from Antioch University Santa Barbara. I am currently completing my Master of Arts Degree in Couples and Family Therapy at Alliant International University within the California School of Professional Psychology. I am also pursuing ongoing training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP). Additionally, I have completed extensive coursework in Substance Use & Dependence through the University of California San Diego.

I look forward to meeting and working with you!
