Taking the first step toward therapy can be a scary yet courageous decision, and I want you to know you don’t have to do it alone. My goal is to create a welcoming, supportive space where individuals, couples, and families feel comfortable exploring their experiences and emotions. I work from a client-centered, trauma-informed, and attachment-based lens, drawing on approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP). These models allow me to help clients share their story, deepen self-understanding, and begin their journey toward healing and growth. I personally value my role in allowing clients to feel safe and secure as they explore, express, and develop different ways to find their journey to healing and discover their inner strength. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, young adults, adults, couples, and families through their emotional experiences and their life challenges. Both my personal and professional experiences have led me to want to pursue a career in helping individuals while assisting them in reaching their goals.
