Hi there! My name is Noah, and I am a Marriage and Family Therapist trainee here at Stronger Together Community Services. I am currently a graduate student at University of San Diego in the Marital and Family Therapy program. I am passionate about supporting couples, families, and individuals across the life span. I believe human connection and collaboration are essential in therapy, and I aim to use these values to empower my clients throughout the therapeutic process!
It takes courage to pursue therapy, and my goal is to create a safe, non-judgemental space where clients feel fully heard, welcomed, and understood. As your therapist, sessions will be client-centered, using your goals and strengths to identify the central focus of therapy. Working from a trauma-informed, attachment-based lens, I believe that everyone’s responses to life challenges make sense within the context of their past experiences.
I recognize that each person’s life experience is unique, and I strive to adapt therapy to each client’s values and needs. I am dedicated to helping clients navigate relational struggles, difficult life transitions, emotional distress, depression, and anxiety. Therapy is a nurturing space where clients can process past experiences, identify core values, and develop higher levels of self-awareness. In our work together, I hope to promote self-compassion and personal growth, moving away from self-judgement and negative self-talk.
Outside of therapy I enjoy listening to music, reading, surfing, and spending time with my friends and family!
