Asking for help can be hard to do for many of us. I hope to be someone to lean on and provide support through the hardships that are being experienced in your life. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at San Diego State University. I am passionate about providing quality mental health care for individuals, families, and couples. I am pursuing ongoing training for Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Processing (AEDP) through an attachment lens at Stronger Together Community Services. I believe that therapy should be accessible to anyone, no matter what someone’s background or financial situation looks like.
I am especially passionate about destigmatizing mental health in marginalized communities and providing accessible options for those impacted by systemic barriers that prevents them from accessing therapy. I have an interest in working with LGBTQIA+ communities, 1st/2nd generation individuals and families, and people of all ethnic backgrounds.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, drawing, trying new restaurants, and watching competitive cooking shows!
