Healing happens in connection. As a therapist, I strive to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported. Whether you’re seeking healing from past struggles, navigating a difficult life transition, or simply looking to better understand yourself, I wish to help you. My hope is to understand how life experiences have shaped the way you see yourself and interact with the world, without judgment or labels.
Drawing from Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Attachment framework, I help individuals and couples process emotions, transform old patterns, and build deeper, more fulfilling connections—both with themselves and with others. Together, we will slow down, explore what’s beneath the surface, and work toward understanding your unique story.
I have an interest working with people experiencing complexities of bicultural identity, intergenerational dynamics, and the immigrant experience. For couples therapy, I have experience supporting clients through infidelity, divorce, and premarital counseling.
When I am not in therapist mode, I enjoy having adventures with my corgi named Mochi, cooking, and reading thriller novels.
